While we strive to keep pricing information accurate, the following applies:

• All prices displayed on the website are indicative and non-binding unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• PRIMSCHOON is not bound by obvious printing errors, clerical mistakes, or pricing inaccuracies on the website.
• Final rates are established and confirmed through an official quotation or service agreement prior to job execution.

To ensure efficient scheduling, we ask clients to respect our cancellation policies:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing or by phone at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
• Late cancellations or failure to grant site access to our team at the scheduled time may incur standard service charges.

PRIMSCHOON is committed to top-tier standards. Regarding liability under Dutch Law:

• PRIMSCHOON shall only be liable for direct damage resulting directly from an attributable failure in performing the service.
• PRIMSCHOON is not liable for indirect damages, consequential loss, lost profits, or damages resulting from inaccurate/incomplete information provided by the client.
• In all events, the total liability of PRIMSCHOON is limited to the invoice value of the specific service rendered.
